Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to replace our registration system?
No. Compass complements your existing registration system. You keep your current registration system (for example, Sports Connect, PlayMetrics, or another provider) for registration, payments, and compliance. Compass adds the coach operations layer on top.
What's the implementation fee?
Starter: $500 | Growth: $750 | Premier: $1,200. One-time fee covers initial data import, admin training, and coach rollout support.
Can I try it before committing?
Yes. We offer free pilots to the first 2-3 clubs (3 teams, 1 season, 4-6 weeks). No obligation to continue.
What if we're too small?
If you have 5+ competitive teams, you'll benefit. Our Starter tier is designed for smaller clubs. Email us to discuss.
