Pilot Program
I am based in Portland, Oregon, USA and affiliated with Southeast Soccer Club (SESC). I am currently working with clubs in and around Southeast Portland in pilot mode. Instead of publishing fixed plans, I start with a direct pilot conversation to understand fit, scope, and the simple operating costs required to run a pilot. That conversation also includes a short demo of Compass and how it is helping at SESC.
How Pilot Intake Works
Step 1
Pilot Conversation
A direct conversation focused on your current communication bottlenecks and coaching goals, plus a short demo of Compass and how I am using it at SESC.
Step 2
Pilot Scope
I define a small, practical pilot scope that matches your club's current season needs and keeps the pilot lightweight.
Step 3
Go/No-Go Decision
If there is clear fit, I move forward with you. If not, we part ways with no pressure.
What the Pilot Involves
Once I agree with you that there is a fit, the pilot is hands-on and collaborative. I keep the process practical and outcome-focused while working with your existing registration setup.
Pre-Season Registrar Kickoff
I meet with your registrar before the season starts to review the club data export and confirm what is needed for pilot setup.
Leadership Training
I run working sessions with your technical director, head of competitive, or designated internal owner so they are confident leading the pilot.
Guided Setup Support
I work directly with your team to get the pilot environment ready, including core team, player, contact, and camera-related setup details.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are you publishing fixed pricing right now?
Not during pilot mode. I am keeping public commitments flexible while I work directly with Portland-area clubs and validate fit.
What does a pilot cost?
During pilot mode, I only ask clubs to cover the practical operating costs required to run the pilot. That usually means the basic service costs behind the scenes, and I will talk through those clearly before anything starts.
Where are local pilots currently focused?
I am based in Portland, Oregon, USA and currently focused on clubs in and around Southeast Portland.
Do we need to replace our current registration platform?
No. The approach is complementary. Clubs can keep required registration infrastructure and still explore a pilot with me.
What is the first step?
Request a pilot conversation so I can decide with you whether a pilot is a good match for your club.
Is there pressure to commit after the first call?
No. The process is intentionally low pressure. I only move forward if there is clear, shared fit.
